Amber T. Ashby, Associate
Ms. Ashby received a merit scholarship to attend the University of La Verne, College of Law. There, she was a Moot Court finalist and invited to participate in Moot Court Honors. She was also Vice President for the Black Law Students Association and a member of Delta Theta Phi, Law Fraternity.
During her time in law school, Ms. Ashby was a law clerk at several law firms in the Inland Empire. There, she was trained in a variety of practice areas, namely civil litigation, personal injury, criminal law, family law and bankruptcy law. She was also a volunteer at the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga District, where she was exposed to all facets of the court system. Having spent a considerable amount of time in the Pacific Northwest she is also admitted to the Washington State Bar.
Since joining The Ewaniszyk Law Firm, Ms. Ashby’s practice is primarily focused on family law. She represents clients in divorce, paternity, guardianships, domestic violence, child custody, child visitation, child support, spousal support and post judgment modification actions through settlement, mediation and trial. she offer a unique approach to family law by incorporating her extensive knowledge and prior practice in civil litigation matters and tailoring it to your particular circumstances.
Ms. Ashby is currently admitted to practice law in the state of California and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
Having spent considerable time in the Pacific Northwest, she is also admitted to the Washington State Bar.
